摘要
To investigate the effect of magnetic field on torque ripple of synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM), analytical calculation of magnetic is proposed to infer the torque ripple. By solving the magnetic circuit of the motor model, the relationship among reluctance, flux and magnet magnetic force(MMF) is analyzed, and the torque ripple of the motor is judged. Finite element method(FEM) is used to verify result have been calculated before, it's also applied to the calculation and analysis of the magnetic field distribution of the motor, and compared with the results of the analytical calculation. By analyzing the relationship between the distribution of air gap magnetic field and stator slotting, the distribution of rotor magnetic field is verified according to the calculation result. The conclusion can help SynRM designer to optimize the model and reduce torque ripple.
