摘要
We propose an SDN based flexible bandwidth allocation scheme to solve the degradation of service quality due to instantaneous traffic surges. The proposed scheme improves the service quality by adjusting bandwidth criterion flexibly and its performance is evaluated in terms of packet delay and packet loss.
