摘要：

Yoga Course in college is elective by more and more students, It is not only the teaching of science, but also a certain degree of artistic. In this paper, it used the literature data, interviews and other methods. Pointing out in the yoga classroom, teachers should scientific design and art of teaching. It is the only way to promote teaching yoga for the better development, to attract more students to participate in yoga practice, to achieve the purpose of fitness and health center.
