摘要：
Ropinirole is a potent drug with a low oral dose range. A bioanalytical method needs to be developed that can reach a lower limit of quantification of 0.02 ng/mL. We describe here a method which increases the productivity and efficiency of pk laboratories. The method minimizes solvent consumption and time as well as being fully automatable.
