摘要：
A balanced scorecard for petroleum exploration is presented. The scorecard is built around a vision to create superior growth of financial value through exploration. The balanced scorecard combines the financial perspective, with the customer perspective, the innovation and learning perspective, and the internal business processes perspective. We show how a balanced scorecard which is anchored in an organization's strategy, measures the critical success factors that need to be optimized to maximize creation of value.
