Study on the Premium Actuarial Calculation of Forest-Fire Insurance in Fujian province

In recent years, the world has frequently suffered from forest fires including China. Forest fires not only cause damages to the forest resources but to the ecological environment. Taking Fujian province as example, this paper uses the quantitative method to analyze the extent of damage caused by the forest fires in recent years, and uses the ways of Bayes, random simulation method and mathematical statistics to discover the distribution of the cluster loss random variable of the forest fire in Fujian province. To lay a foundation of further study on the Non-life actuarial techniques to calculate the premiums of forest-fire insurance based on effect theory. Accordingly, corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
