摘要：
The appropriate water management is related to the global and holistic approach, taking into consideration many different water interests. Water management should be based on a participatory approach, involving users, planners and policy-makers at all levels. Review of different water interests and related problems is presented in this paper. The examples of water management in Serbia are also presented.
