摘要
IT project is a high input and risky industry, it is necessary to analyze the risk of IT project to obtaining high-yield in the development of IT project. But the traditional analysis methods are subjective, it is difficult to analyze the risk of IT project objectively. Firstly, the article introduced rough sets theory, using discernibility matrix reduction algorithm to reduce attribute of project risk table, and expelling unnecessary attributes. Then the weight of risk of IT project is confirmed by using rough sets theory and AHP. In this way, the experiment factor could be selected to adjust the proportion of the objective and subjective weights, and make weight determination and AHP more reasonable, the example illuminates that the method is more reasonable and objective.
