摘要
Towards the application in toothpaste, the mineralizing of calcinatory nano-hydroxyapatite powders (nHAPc) on artificial caries was investigated by micro-hardness detecting, comparing with no-calcinatory nano-hydroxyapatite powders (nHAP) and general hydroxyapatite powders (HAP). The surface morphology of artificial caries before and after mineralizing of nHAPc was observed by SEM. It has been shown that with 14.87% of average mineralized ratio due to Mays of mineralizing by 4% of the nHAc water-dispersion, the mineralizing of nHAPc on artificial caries was more effective than that of nHAP (12.55%) and HAP(8.11%). After mineralizing of nHAPc, there were a lot of nano-HA grains dispersed on surface of artificial caries, and pores caused in acid-corrosion were filled up.
