Microstructural and electrical characteristics of some "overfired" thick-film resistors

摘要：
To gain some insight into the characteristics of the "overfired" resistors, 1 kohm/sq. resistors were fired for 6 h at 950°C on alumina ceramics. Resistor series HS-80 and 2000 were used. Results indicate that the resistors of newer 2000 series are more robust.
