摘要
A general sports intervention experiment on 84 overweight college students lasting 18 weeks was performed. The sports intervention experiment was a shaping exercise with middle-level intensity. The heart rate was controlled between 120-150 beats/minute. During the experiment period, high-fat food and sweet food were limited. No food was allowed after 8 pm. Before and after the experiment, the physical health and mental health indicators of the experimenters were tested. The result showed: after the sports intervention experiment, the BMI of the overweight students gradually closed to the normal level. The scores of VC and step test index increased, which were significantly different before and after the experiment. The positive influence of sports intervention experiment on physical self-esteem was mainly seen from physical self-worth, physical condition and fitness factor. Its positive influence on SCL-90 of college students was mainly seen from somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety factor.
