Laparoscopic isoperistaltic greater curvature gastric tube

The improvements in video surgery have gradually led to an increase in the number of procedures which may utilize this minimally invasive technique. in this developing field of study, videosurgery has contributed in the staging and has been used in radical and palliative treatment of non advanced and advanced tumors using thoracoscopy and laparoscopy. It can be used in esophagectomies, greater curvature gastric tube or only in gastrostomy and jejunostomy. We report on a case of laparoscopy-cervicotomy technique of isoperistaltic greater curvature gastric tube in a patient with advanced esophageal cancer.
