摘要
parasitic inductance associated with decoupling capacitors represents a critical portion of the power delivery network impedance. An accurate model of the inductance looking into 8-terminal decoupling capacitors from the power and return planes, called L-above,L-cap, is developed. Two modeling approaches are presented using CST and using an approximate PEEC model.
