On decision-making and portfolio management of real estate investment based on real option

摘要：
The project of real estate faces more high uncertainties. The decision-making methods based on cash flow discount are not properly applied. This paper establishes evaluation and decision model of real estate investment under uncertainty based on real option, and then finds out the, critical value to exercise the option to invest. Under the analysis of above, we put forward the portfolio management model of real estate investment.
