摘要：
The rapid progress and economic development of society promote the market demand for talent, showing a multi-layered and diverse situation. Adjust the structure of education, human development of higher vocational and technical education for the local economic construction and social development, practical training high-level talents with good overall quality and professional technical ability is the need of social development. Vocational art education is an important part of higher vocational and technical education in the face of new era of economic globalization, high-tech technology and knowledge, and their living environment will change the Giants, especially in vocational and technical education through awareness positioning. After the stage and model innovation, art education reform has become an urgent need to address the vocational education issues.
