摘要
This study examined the effects of individual's human capital on the relationship between organizational embeddedness and turnover intentions. As predicted, the effect was stronger when employees had higher levels of human capital. The findings suggest that beyond satisfying material demand, managers should pay much more attention to the career development of employees with high levels of human capital.
