摘要
Space instruments for very high spatial and spectral resolution in the optical range remain desirable. Yet image restoration Of ground-based observations advances at a great pace. Starting from the well established speckle methods we compute the point spread functions for daytime seeing and we demonstrate that high angular resolution becomes available also for narrow-band observations. We conclude that a large ground-based solar telescope is an option which would cover many scientific needs.
