Ways to identify a job on Romanian labour market

This paper present briefing the main ways through the candidates identify a job, including these companies which wants to made hires on Romania's labour market. Choosing the proper method to find a job should also include taking into account the following aspects: the candidate's level of knowledge, the level of the job and the specialty field. The labour market can be approached considering two other interfering aspects: the visible and hidden of the labour market. The most of the vacant jobs are advertised in newspapers and electronic job banks (Internet sites). The National Agency for Labour Force (ANOFM), also notifies lists of vacant positions in its local and county offices. The other jobs are neither advertised, nor "viewable". These positions are "open" but unadvertised neither in papers nor in electronic banks. This does not mean that only the ones who have connections have access to this method. Often this method can prove to be very efficient, due to moral guarantees presented by the person who recommends a candidate (this person is frequently a company employee).
