摘要
All organic integration with both the thin-film transistor (TFT) back-plane and the photo-sensing front-plane in organic material stacks for active-matrix (AM) array would be a promising approach towards the envisioned wide range of ubiquitous imaging applications Development of the organic TFT (OTFT) back-plane structure and processes are introduced in this work. Based on OTFT back-planes, AM optical imagers are fabricated using two types organic photo-sensing devices: OPD and organic phototransistor (OPT).
