Computer aided diagnosis and monitoring of high risk patient using POC system in a ubiquitous environment

摘要
The objective of this paper is to describes the diagnosis, detection, and prediction of high risk (COPD) patient's status or level of risk. based on the hospital domain server using agent based intelligent home medical service system. We have proposed a Computer aided diagnosis and monitoring system framework for the high risk patient exploiting the ubiquitous artifacts available in the contemporary medical environment. The proposed framework monitors a patient using bio signal devices while they are staying at their home. Furthermore, the agent based learning process is used to make intelligent inferences and adaptive learning of these private data using CAD (computer aided diagnosis) system. Suggested framework can be used to diagnosis and detection of disease and rind out the level of menace in a high risk patient, the system will be intelligent enough to make rational decision autonomously and triggers an emergence measurement on the basis of data inferences. Based on this framework. we defined and implemented A-POC system for medical information display devices, allowing for interventions before COPD episodes occur, and potentially saving many lives.
