摘要
The purpose of the paper is to discuss the challenges for the management and use of highly energy-efficient school buildings. An overview of the state of the art in passive house buildings is presented. Norway's first passive house school is studied as example, with a focus on the interaction between sustainable facilities management, building owner, and building user. The paper contributes to a better understanding of passive house buildings and the challenges related to the implementation of intelligent solutions for sustainable facilities management.
