摘要：

Problem-based learning (PBL) is an approach that affords Southern Utah University (SUU) Leadership in Education and Administration Development (LEAD) learners to learn through their activity in an actual, site-based problem. It is a format that addresses both problem-solving strategies and disciplinary content, knowledge bases and skills. By placing students in the participatory role of problem-solvers addressing challenges in their situation that tackles actual problems they include their mentor principal face as educational leaders in 21st Century learning organizations.
