摘要
We experimentally demonstrate that the introduction of the 2D diffraction grating to a grating-gate plasmonic THz detector enables the coupling between incident THz waves with lateral polarization and 2D plasmons oscillating perpendicular to it, which in turn results in the alteration of polarization characteristic of the detector.
