摘要：
Against a false opinion about the relationship between medieval theology and law in western legal tradition, suggesting the idea that legal concepts are nothing but << secularized theological concepts >>, the study of canon and civil law doctrines of miracle and of its evidences shows that there was a stronger and a more complex interrelation among religious, philosophical and legal concepts.
