摘要
This paper deals with Lattice Boltzmann computation of two-dimensional incompressible flow past a circular cylinder confined in a channel. It is known that the nature of flow past the cylindrical obstacle is very complex, then we focus our study in vortex structures on laminar flow at different Reynolds numbers Re= 20,40, 100 and 300 then, an LBM-LES method is used to solve turbulent flow with high Reynolds number. A two dimensional nine-velocity square lattice (D2Q9) model is used. The obtained results show that the applied Lattice Boltzmann method can effectively capture vortex shedding and other features.
