摘要
Managing risk in networks of distributed systems requires the analysis of large numbers of alternatives, hazard scenarios, consequences and uncertainties regarding the occurrence of an accident, mainly due to the wide diversity of characteristics in the areas surrounding the system. Therefore, the decision making process needs to be analyzed in a more complex way. If decisions are to be taken more rationally, the uncertainties inherent in the context of risk itself must be addressed as must how best to aggregate the decision maker's preferences, related to the possible consequences resulting from hazards. Decision theory jointly with a multidimensional view of risk (using Multi-Criteria Decision Making methodologies-MCDM) enables these issues to be dealt with. Hence, this paper puts forward the use of an additional assessment of risk in underground electrical distribution networks with a multidimensional view of risk that may be used as a decision aid tool in risk management.
