On the Training of College Counselors' Humanistic Quality

College counselors are the main implementers of ideological and political education of college students, so that the quality and ability of counselors have a great influence on the ideological and political education of college students. This paper focuses on the research on the humanistic quality training of college counselors, clearly analyzes the connotation of college counselors' humanistic quality and its cultivation, analyzes the current situation of the humanistic quality training of college counselors in depth, and discusses how to improve the humanistic quality training methods and ways of college counselors, which have an important practical significance for promoting the development of higher education, enhancing the level of education in colleges and universities and strengthening the personal quality development of counselors.
