OPTIMIZATION OF THE SLIDER-CRANK MECHANISM IN VERTICAL SLICER BASED ON ADAMS

摘要
The dynamic balancing optimization of the slider-crank mechanism in vertical slicer is very complicated. If the other function indexes is satisfied, it became the goal of optimum to make the working device high speed, high efficiency and smooth operation. The virtual prototype of vertical slicer is built using software ADAMS, and the matching blocks of vertical slicer are parameterized. Through optimization, the optimal angle and mass are gotten, which solve effectively the operating problem of the vertical slicer, such as motor overheat, lower rotation speed, and unstable running, realize the high speed and high efficiency. The analytical method of solving conventionally dynamic balancing of slider-crank mechanism is also introduced at the same time. Through comparing two methods, the method based on ADAMS is more accurate, more efficient.
