摘要
The normal Raman spectrum(NRS)of vitamin K-3 molecules and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) of these molecules adsorbed on active silver mirror substrate are reported in this paper. Assignments of the Raman bands for VK3 molecules are presented. By comparison, the results show that the intensity of Raman scattering was, enhanced on account of vitamin K-3 molecules adsorbed on silver mirror substrate. In addition, the free group of negative ion came into being as a result of charge transfer between C=O band of vitamin K-3 molecules and silver particles, and the C=O band was opened. The interaction between vitamin K-3 molecules and silver surface made a large disturbance to the structure of naphthalene ring, and resulted in some Raman shifts and the enhancement of ring deformation vibration. These results provide information about the application of SERS techniques to trace detection and quantitative analysis of druggery.
