Maintenance strategy optimization of main transmission and transformation equipment in distribution networks based on integrated risk assessment

摘要
This study is performed to find out a main equipment maintenance strategy for distribution networks having the minimum risk assessment function as their objective function. In order to relate proper maintenance to the risk assessment function, first, the conflict between scheduled maintenance and condition maintenance is described to provide basis for further determination of the maintenance risk assessment function. Then, the function expression for risk assessment of distribution networks is presented, and constraints on the objective function designed using the safety-resource-maintenance relation to improve the optimization model. Finally, a PSO-based solution to the optimization model is presented. Empirical data are used to validate the operability of the algorithm, and the results derived under three different scenarios confirm that our integrated risk assessment model is highly superior over others and can provide theoretical reference for the scientific maintenance strategy optimization of China's distribution networks.
