Study on the Relationship between R&D Investment and Performance of Cultural Companies

摘要：
The relationship between R&D investment and the performance of cultural companies is complicated. Based on the study on the panel data of 161 listed cultural companies from 2011 to 2013, this paper found that R&D investment had positive effects on the cultural companies in the current and lagged term. In order to improve the long term performance, cultural companies should pay more attention to the key role of R&D not only in the current term, but also in the lagged term, and focus on the improving the efficiency of R&D investment, and establish the guarantee mechanism on the normalization of R&D investment.
