With the development of the Internet, the building of information and networking is very important recent years. It also urges the informational and networking development of the university. To overcome the shortcoming of graduation thesis selection management in university, such as large workload, few inter-active, no common rules, etc., a selecting management system for graduation thesis based on MVC design mode is proposed and completed. In this system, the technology of Struts framework and Web database are used. Using this system, teacher can declare projects on network; student should select projects on network too. Online query and statistics are also provided. The using results show that the system is of high convenience, practicality, fully functionary. It has realized the networking of thesis selection management, and improved the efficiency.
