摘要
Medium-sized companies face the need to better integrate foresight into product engineering processes (PEP) and to improve the alignment of foresight according to information requirements. In this context an approach is presented in this paper that integrates the foresight-methods scenario development and strategic early warning into PEP. The approach is based on systemic basics of the Integrated Product Engineering Model (iPeM). The integration of scenario development and strategic early warning into PEP leads to the concept of change dimensions, which is the core of the presented approach. The approach is modeled using iPeM. Overall, the presented approach poses a possibility to improve integration of foresight into PEP, thereby addressing important needs for action of medium-sized companies.
