Christian theology, interreligious dialogue and religions sciences

What are Christianity's special aptitudes as concerns theological undertaking and inter-religious dialogue? In order to try and reply to this question, the author starts by determining what Christian theology is. He then discerns the intrinsic demands of Christianity which necessarily open it out to dialogue with the "other" and in particular with religions. Finally he discusses the epistemological difference between Christian theology and religious sciences.
