摘要
This paper proposes a new structure of the secondary system. To realize the secondary system, we design a new kind of smart front-end analog unit based on DSP. The unit uses highly functional DSP chip and has the ability to process multi-channel high-speed AC analog signals synchronously and precisely. In the secondary system, GPS synchronous Clock is used for the time marking of sampling data. With built-in CAN Field-bus Controller, the system can be constructed in network mode. By the real-time analysis of sampling data the system can accomplish the task of protection, telecontrol, metering and status monitoring for the primary devices. This system is mainly used for monitoring the important primary devices, such as Circuit breaker and Voltage Transmitter and is promising in the future.
