摘要
Theoretically and practically, it enjoys great significances to construct the Statistics Index System of enterprise independent innovation capability, which help enterprises grasp their own superiority and inferiority in innovation process, identify the stress of independent innovation, formulating scientifical independent innovation strategy, and enhance the capability of independent innovation unceasingly. This article constructs Evaluation Index System for enterprises independent innovation from seven aspects: the capability to invest innovation resources, the capability of innovative decision-making, the capability of research and development, the capability of production, the capability of technology innovation, the capability of innovation realization and the capability of management. And it also makes a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process.
