Green Development Model for Resource-based Cities on the Basis of Circular Economy

摘要
The selection of resource development mode is one of the important content of economic transformation and sustainable development for resource-based cities. Based on the theory of circular economy and green economy, this paper proposes green development model of resource for resource-based cities, and analyzes the economic and social benefits generated by the model. By implementing green development model of resource, on the one hand, it could reduce the waste emissions and the ecological damage, on the other hand, it can take full advantage of resources and reduce the requirements of resources in the follow-up production, so it is good to realize sustainable development for resource-based cities.
