Multi-Level Governance and Corporate Governance: What Output They Generate at European Level?

The paper presents the concept of multi-level governance, which are its characteristics, the types of governance and the way it is done at the level of the European Union. The paper also aims to emphasize the importance of and to present the role of different corporate governance models of an enterprise in national economies. The current economic dynamism, fierce competition and demand on all markets requires some changes in the corporate governance system. In this context, the performance management system and corporate governance are increasingly applied as modern and efficient driving systems.
