摘要
The main aim of the paper is to closely elaborate the field of renewable energy field with special emphasis on the PV Ekopark plant in Gjakova. The legislation of Kosovo which is in force even though the allowed energy capacities in relevance with the energy strategy are up to 10MW with Feedin the most profitable tariff in the region has motivated investors in the solar power generation by the fact that this generating form is provided by the supply of I electricity from the scarcity capacities that Kosovo today lacks. In this paper, the underlying focus of the study will be the installation capacities at the EKOPARK plant in Gjakova, the generating capacities of the PV system, the efficiency and the efficiency of the production capacities of the type of panels that are installed, in proportion to the gained benefits under the climatic conditions and the position geographic elevation over the sea that this southeastern region has in the seaside. Among others in this research will be also verified the efficiency of the sun's rays of ambient and atmospheric impacts with the types of pollution and global warming phenomenon that has emerged from fossil bums. Kosovo is a strategic and suitable location for exploitation of solar resources and the second priority is related to geographic advantages. Consequently, it bears the largest solar potential in the region and Europe. Due to these parameters, the most feasible plan for the largest plant in the Balkans has been constructed with the construction of a photovoltaic power plant in Gjakova with a capacity of 6 MWh. Despite that this research will profoundly analyze the benefit of the Metrologic and climatic conditions of Kosovo. As matter of fact from 365 days of the year in the sector are 286 sunny per year, with an average of about 1400-16220 Whm2 of solar energy production.
