摘要
The modern development of information technologies, using new generations of computer technology, computer networks, satellite communication systems, the latest achievements of measuring technology, creates prerequisites for the implementation of information processes of technical operation of ship power plants (SPM) at a qualitatively new level. Transport is one of the key branches of the economy, combining trade-industrial, communicative, recreational and other functions and influencing all spheres of socio-economic activity in the Russian Federation. Traditionally, sea and river transport is of great importance for Russia. It is represented by the courts of state, joint-stock and private shipping companies, coastal enterprises, including sea, river ports, shipyards, shipyards.
