Legal Certainty is the principle that ensures the realization of the principle of rule of law, primarily in Administrative Law as well as in all other fields of law. This article will attempt to analyze the place of the Principle of Legal Certainty in EU Administrative Law with regard to decisions of the European Court of Justice.
