摘要：
To strengthen the SMEs' acquaintance with the knowledge management and realize the integration of the human resource management and the knowledge management, on the base of the field researching and reading up some literatures, the article firstly analyzed the significance of the knowledge management for SMEs, furthermore expatiated on the relationship between the human resource management and the knowledge management for SMEs, and talked about how to select, use, educate and retain the talents, and then referred to the integration of the human resource management and the knowledge management for SMEs.
