摘要
Selected non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), namely racemic flurbiprofen, ibuprofen, fenprofen, tiaprofenic acid, ketoprofen, and tolmetin were resolved on Kromasil tartardiamide-DMB chiral stationary phase. Optimum resolution was achieved using a mobile phase consisting of hexane: tert-butyl methyl ether:acetic acid (75 : 25 : 0.1 v/v/v) at flow rate of 1 mL/min. The capacity (k), separation (alpha), and resolution factors (Rs) are reported. The mechanisms of chiral recognition between the analytes and the chiral selector are discussed.
