摘要：
This paper examines various policy options that can improve the economics of grid-connected photovoltaics (PV) and help stimulate and sustain markets. The analysis applies in particular to consumer-based rooftop and architectural applications. The results can help prioritize and structure policy initiatives, and identify target markets.
