摘要
One of readily available applications for implementation of MSW-based devices is creation of tunable band-pass and band-stop filters. MSW-based filters have a number of advantages compared to tuned filters based on YIG spheres: planar structure of those filters allows connecting them to other SHF devices without additional transitions; high slope of gain-frequency edges (1,2-1,8 dB/MHz) ensures spurious signals' suppression in the immediate proximity of the effective frequency band; high level of out-of-band screening (up to 60 dB); presence of inverse damping (more than 25 dB).
