Study on Applications of Patent Map Technology in Enterprise Competitive Intelligence Activities

The important guarantee for enterprises to gain competitive advantage is to maximize the development and utilization of patent information. This paper introduces the concept and the process of patent map technology, analyzes the main application of patent map in enterprise competitive intelligence activities in the hand. By analyzing the corresponding patent on competitive environment, competitors and industry to the enterprise the competitive technology, and according to the need of drawing patent map, data mining, combine the enterprise competitive intelligence and patent map technology, provide support for the making of macro and micro decision of enterprise.
