摘要：

Tourism stimulates the value of heritage, and heritage enriches the connotation of tourism. The paper in the perspective of value analysis puts forward that historical and cultural value is both the key of heritage protection and the fountain of value experience in heritage tourism. The core of heritage historical and cultural value is authenticity and integrity, which consist of the symbiosis base of value between heritage protection and heritage tourism.
