摘要
This paper presents a system for negotiation in B2C E-Commerce. It is based on active and passive negotiation agents, which are introduced in this paper. These agents are aimed to help the user during negotiation. While active agents suggest modifications to user specifications, passive agents specify the ways in which the specifications can be modified. An empirical evaluation of the system has been conducted and it is noticed that both the negotiation agents are better than the situations in which there are no negotiation agents. In addition, active negotiation agent is more effective than the passive one.
