摘要：

The research condition of automotive industry is regard as a Cooperative Game restructure. Cooperative Game theory can be applicable in automotive industry. A Cooperative Game mold is being built for the R&D investment of automotive industry and the function of the participators is being described. At last the advice is being given for optimum cooperative ways to improve automotive industry.
