摘要：
WCF is a basic framework which is used to set up and run service-oriented applications on windows platform. This paper describes the technical characteristics of the WCF, and design a cigarette manufacturing digital management system according to the actual situation of tobacco industry, which is an implementation and application of WCF technology in tobacco industry. Through the implementation of WCF, hierarchy structure become much clearer, different development teams become more independent, software development cycle is shortened by 30 percent.
